A New Era to Explore

Guild Wars 3 takes place more than a thousand years before the original game, giving new players and longtime Guild Wars fans a vast frontier to explore, imbued with magic and alive with the vitality of the wilds.

All across Orr, rival guilds jockey for influence and control. Amid this ongoing conflict, you will join the Vaelwardens, a guild sworn to protect the land, the people who live beyond the walls of the towns and cities of Orr, and the nature spirits who call Orr home.

Glide, ride, and wall-run your way across the open world with a movement and momentum system unlike any other MMORPG. When you ride across Orr, you'll do so in style on your Seeker—a Vael spirit who serves as your mount and your direct connection to the magic of Orr.

For the first time ever, you can experience the world of Tyria on both PC and PlayStation 5. We've built a combat system designed to feel incredible no matter how you play, whether you use a controller or a mouse and keyboard. This is a game built to bring the magic of Tyria to life, where you will master a combat system that emphasizes strategic skill use, positioning, and movement, and where action RPG combat meets Guild Wars build-making—creating a unique combat experience.
